Where is the TOKS meeting held? to top
TOKS XII is held at Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, which is located at Universitetsparken 2, 2100 Copenhagen. Registration and presentations will be held at auditory 4 which is in building 14. How do I get to the TOKS meeting? to top
Busses 18, 42, 43, 184, 185 and 150S stop at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Universitetsparken). A map of the bus stops at PHARMA can be found here: bus stop map
All the busses except bus 18 pass Nørreport train and metro station (10 minutes ride). Busses to and from Nørreport station depart approximately every 10 minutes.
At night bus 94N stops at the faculty approximately every 30 minutes. The bus passes Nørreport train and metro station on its way to The Town Hall Square (Rådhuspladsen).

How do I get from the Copenhagen Airport Kastrup to the TOKS meeting? to top
Take either the Metro or the Kystbanen (train between Northern Zealand and Southern Sweden) to Nørreport station. Metro and train depart from Terminal 3. At Nørreport station take one of the following busses which all stop at the Faculty (Universitetsparken): line 42, 43, 184, 185 or 150S.

How do I get from the Copenhagen central station to the TOKS meeting? to top
Take one of the following S-trains to Nørreport station: line A (to Farum), line E (to Hillerød), line B (to Holte), line C (to Klampenborg) or line H (to Farum). The S-trains normally depart from track 9-10. At Nørreport station take one of the following busses which all stop at the Faculty (Universitetsparken): line 42, 43, 184, 185 or 150S.

Where can I stay? to top
There are numerous accommodation options when staying in Copenhagen. Below are listed two cheap options. Map of the accommodations can be found here: hotel map

DANHOSTEL Copenhagen Amager
DANHOSTEL Copenhagen Amager is located in a nice, green area – yet only 4 kilometers from the centre of Copenhagen. The metro is very close by (Bella Center Station) and Nørreport train and metro station can be reached within 10 minutes. If a group of at least 10 persons book together it is possible to get group discount with the prices given below.
The price is DKK 250,- per day per person in a room with private bathroom, or DKK 200,- per day per person in a room with shared bathroom facilities. Breakfast is included but bed linen and towels should be brought or rented at the hostel.
For group booking, a leader with a personal Danhostel Card is needed and booking, check-in, and payment have to happen collectively.

Hotel CABINN Scandinavia
Hotel CABINN Scandinavia is located on Frederiksberg near the lakes and Forum (metro). The Town Hall Square (Rådhuspladsen) is within walking distance (10 minutes). The hotel has its own parking (DDK 80,-/day) and free wireless internet.
The room prices are among the cheapest in Copenhagen and rooms for 1-4 persons are available. The prices for 2010 are listed below (DDK). The prices are exclusive of breakfast. Breakfast buffet costs DDK 60,- per person.

I'm presenting a poster - anything i should know? to top
The abstract should be sent to the organizing commitee no later than the 1st of September as pdf at abstract(at)toks.dk .
The poster should maximally be of size A0 and is to be hung up at the designated poster board shortly after arrival according to the programme.

I'm giving an oral presentation - what is there to know about that? to top
The abstract should be sent to the organizing commitee no later than the 1st of September as pdf at abstract(at)toks.dk.
The presentation (max 15 minutes) is to be made in a microsoft powerpoint format and sent to the commitee no later than the 26th of September.
For backup purposes, please bring the presentation on a USB flash drive as well.
